Organic Passionflower, Organic Valerian Root, Organic California Poppy, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Blue Lotus flower, Organic Chamomile, Organic Skullcap , Organic Mugwort.
ADD 1-2 tsp to your infuser, strainer or French press. POUR 6 - 8 oz of boiling water over the herbal blend. Cover STEEP for 3- 5 minutes. Strain and serve. SWEETEN to taste with honey or your favorite sweetener if needed. ENJOY your tea (warm recommended).
