Our organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks come from the bark of Cinnamomum verum, a small evergreen tree native to Sri Lanka. It contains cinnamaldehyde and camphor.

Ceylon cinnamon tastes lighter, brighter, and zestier than its Cassia cousin. Ceylon contains- 63 times LESS coumarin than cassia cinnamon. This makes it a safer choice for frequent use. Add to your chai lattes, pumpkin pies, use as a rub or add to curries for depth and a zesty pop!
