how to use

Apply balm and rub it into the skin where you are feeling pain, stiffness or soreness. For more intense effect, apply to slightly damp skin. A little goes a long way. Allow 5-7 minute for maximum effect. Avoid getting this balm into your eyes, mouth, or other sensitive areas. Do not use balm on open sores or wounds. External use only.

Storage info

Store in sealed, preferably airtight containers, away from direct light and heat. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature 15 to 25 °C (59 to 77 °F).

I loved it. Recently found out I had trigger finger and I’m not a medicine taker. Read the reviews and I think I received it the same day because I’m local. I opened the package and put a small amount in between my thumb and index finger and at the base of my thumb and started typing again. I didn’t even realize the pain was gone. And it has a soothing smell.

It Works

Battling long-term tennis elbow (lateral elbow tendinopathy). Tried prescription anti-inflammatory meds, tried cortisone shot, tried DC and OT therapy. No help. This balm helped to relieve the ongoing pain. While not healing the problem, it made doing dayto-day activities easier.
