This organic perimenopause and menopause support tea is a wellness blend, intentionally made to help relieve menopause symptoms. This herbal blend is caffeine - free.

1 teabag per 8 oz cup.
Pour boiling water over tea bag, cover and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Herbs may steep longer than 10 minutes for a stronger infusion.
Remove bag and enjoy your tea warm, maximum 2 cups per day.
You may add a bit of honey or sweetener as desired.
