Kōnenki Tea

‘Konenki' is menopause in Japanese. It translates to 'ko' (renewal and regeneration) + 'nen' (year) + 'ki' (energy).

This organic perimenopause and menopause support tea is a wellness blend, intentionally made to help relieve menopause symptoms. This herbal blend is caffeine - free.

Even though this tea is blended for people going through menopause, anyone can enjoy it. Please consult your doctor before drinking this tea if you are pregnant or taking other medications, especially those for menopause.

Organic Black Cohosh Root, Organic Ginkgo Biloba, Organic Sage, Organic Red Clover Blossom, Organic Vitex (Chaste-tree Berry), Organic Damiana Leaf, Maca Root

1 teabag per 8 oz cup.
Pour boiling water over tea bag, cover and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Herbs may steep longer than 10 minutes for a stronger infusion.
Remove bag and enjoy your tea warm, maximum 2 cups per day.
You may add a bit of honey or sweetener as desired.
Not intended for pregnant women.

Store in a cool, dry place between 8°-15°C (45°-59°F) or at room temperature between 8°-15°C (45°-59°F).

I really think the konecki tea is what interrupted the hot flashes I was having. I drank it regularly for a few weeks and haven't had any warm moments since then.
