Apply balm and rub it into the skin where you are feeling pain, stiffness or soreness. For more intense effect, apply to slightly damp skin. A little goes a long way. Allow 5-7 minute for maximum effect. Avoid getting this balm into your eyes, mouth, or other sensitive areas. Do not use balm on open sores or wounds. External use only.

Store in sealed, preferably airtight containers, away from direct light and heat. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature 15 to 25 °C (59 to 77 °F).
