Loose Tea: Place 1 -2 teaspoons of Blue Lotus flowers in a pot with the water over high heat and bring the water to boil. After the water is bubbling, remove from the heat and let it cool. Strain your infusion and drink with your sweetener of choice. For ice tea, you can put it in the refrigerator, and drink when chilled. It is recommended to drink this refreshing tea up to three times a day.

Store in sealed preferably airtight containers, away from direct light and heat. Store at room temperature 15 to 25 °C (59 to 77 °F)
