To make Butterfly Pea Flower Tea: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a pot with the water over high heat and bring the water to boil for 5 minutes. After the water is bubbling, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Strain your infusion and drink with your sweetener of choice. To change the color naturally, add lemon juice or acidic ingredients. For ice tea, you can put it in the refrigerator, and drink when chilled.
