For Loose Tea: Place 1-2 tablespoons in a pot with the water over high heat and bring the water to boil for 20 minutes. After the water is bubbling, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature before drinking. Strain your infusion and drink with your sweetener of choice. For ice tea, you can put it in the refrigerator, and drink when chilled. It is recommended to drink this refreshing tea up to three times a day.
Tea Bags: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place between 8°-15°C (45°-59°F) or at room temperature between 8°-15°C (45°-59°F).
