Dried Butterfly Pea Flower
This flower’s scientific name is Clitoria ternatea, named for its resemblance to the clitoris. Butterfly Pea flower is antioxidant rich and also has anti inflammatory properties
Raspberry Leaf
This herb is packed with polyphenols and tannins (the same chemical found in red wine).
Ginger Root
This root has anti-inflammatory properties
Fennel Seeds
Fennel has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and a mild estrogenic activity.
Cramp Bark
This herb contains ellagic acid, a chemical with antioxidant benefits. It also contains esculetin and viopudial which are known to be antispasmodic.
Organic Ingredients : Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers, Rose Petals and Buds, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Ginger Root, Valerian Root, Dong Quai Root, Horsetail, Cramp Bark, Fennel Seeds, Peppermint
ADD 1-2 tsp to your infuser, strainer or French press
POUR 6 - 8 oz of boiling water over the herbal blend. Cover STEEP for 3- 5 minutes. Strain and serve. SWEETEN to taste with honey or your favorite sweetener , if needed.
