how to use

For Tea bag: POUR 6 - 8 oz of boiling water over your teabag. Cover STEEP for 3- 5 minutes and serve. SWEETEN to taste with honey or your favorite sweetener , if needed. ENJOY your tea (warm recommended), max 3 cups per day.

For Loose Tea : ADD 1-2 tsp to your infuser, strainer or French press. POUR 6 - 8 oz of boiling water over the herbal blend. Cover STEEP for 3- 5 minutes. Strain and serve. SWEETEN to taste with honey or your favorite sweetener , if needed. ENJOY your tea (warm recommended), max 3 cups per day.
